Our Story

Born from a belief that what you eat should matter.

Wheeling Nutrition started with a simple question: why should good food be hard to find? Growing up in Wheeling, we saw how easy it was to settle for processed, mass-produced options — and how much better things could be.

Today, we're a neighborhood bakery and specialty grocery dedicated to proving that craft matters. Our breads are mixed, folded, and baked in small batches. Our shelves carry items we'd be proud to serve our own families. Every product here has earned its place through taste, integrity, and a respect for the people who make it.

We're not a chain. We're not trying to be everywhere. We're here — on West Dundee Road — and we'd love for you to stop by.
